A unique tour to discover the enchanting north coast of the Gulf of Orosei, an ideal experience for those who love the immense green and blue of Sardinia. The adventure begins in Orosei aboard our 4×4 off-road vehicle and the first stop is the protected Biderosa Oasis, a 500-hectare protected park with a limited number of visitors, made up of woods and Mediterranean maquis framed by five beaches of very fine white sand overlooking an emerald sea.It is impossible not to be impressed by the quiet, breathtaking corners of the Oasis, characterised by a flora of solitary centenarian junipers, rockroses, myrtles and white sea lilies, framed by pink granite and waters of indescribable transparency.Following the cart tracks through the spectacular pine forest of the Oasis, we arrive at the pond of “Sa Curcurica”, which literally means the courgette. The pond is a veritable treasure chest of avifaunal biodiversity, very interesting for those who want to try their hand at birdwatching. Numerous species can be observed and photographed from the designated posts: white and grey herons, little egrets, cormorants, moorhens or the numerous migratory species such as mallards, pink flamingos or the noisy stilt birds.
